Missing Person Matthew Shelters death still a mystery
Was the death of Matthew Shelters an accident, foul play or something more sinister?
“Everything we have so far is indicative of this just being an accident,” according to Routt County Sheriff Garrett Wiggins. “We have no evidence at this point that gives us any thought of foul play.”
