Avocado Toast for Feminine Power Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of multigrain toast, stuffed with as many grains and nuts and seeds as possible (I used Good Seed by Dave’s Killer Bread) (fertility, harvest, rebirth)
  • ½ an avocado (fertility, feminine power, the womb)
  • Natural mayonnaise, homemade or store bought. Mayonnaise is made with egg yolks (feminine power), oil (transmission, connection, anointing), and vinegar (fire element, protection)
  • Salt (protection, cleansing)
  • Pepper (banishing negativity)
